Phil Clark brings over 35 years of national and international experience to his life-changing courses in leadership, management, organizational change, decision-making, communications, and crisis leadership and planning. He worked many years with with law enforcement, emergency managers and state and local officials in emergency response and planning. He closed out his federal career by redesigning the leadership and management training programs for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Weather Service. He created unique leadership and communication techniques that transcend cultural and organizational boundaries.

Phil has a degree from St. Louis University and extensive federal training. He is a trained facilitator, crisis intervention specialist and certified to provide the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He is one of a few people who uses judgment interference factors in crisis evaluations and planning.  Phil designs and administers table top exercises for crisis training.
